Portuguese forward Cristiano Ronaldo stated at the Globe Soccer Awards ceremony that he aims to score 1,000 goals during his professional career. He currently has 956 goals to his name.

At the event, Ronaldo was named the Middle East’s Best Player for the third consecutive year. In his speech, he emphasized that his motivation remains high and that he wants to continue playing, scoring goals, and winning trophies.

“If I stay free from injuries, I will achieve it, InshaAllah,” he said.

Ronaldo’s use of the word “InshaAllah” sparked discussions on social media. However, he has not made any official announcement about converting to Islam.
