Restrictions on passenger flights to Saudi Arabia and the UAE lifted
As of March 10, all restrictions on passenger flights from Uzbekistan to Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates have been lifted. Now, two-way flights are allowed without restrictions on the citizenship or category of passengers.
At the same time, due to the end of the Umrah season, passengers flying to Saudi Arabia will be checked for the presence of a return ticket. Information about passengers without a return ticket will be provided to the relevant organizations.
Umrah pilgrimages can only be organized through tour operators licensed by the Committee for Religious Affairs. It is mandatory for pilgrims to have a return ticket.
