Responsibility of the "Mahalla Seven" to be Increased

During a video conference held today, March 13, chaired by Shavkat Mirziyoyev on elevating the public appeals system, it was emphasized that the responsibility of the "Mahalla Seven" (mahalla yettiligi) in handling appeals will be increased.

A dedicated virtual cabinet for each mahalla will be opened within the Presidential Virtual Reception. The youth leader and the mahalla chairman will be responsible for its management. They will analyze the root causes of incoming appeals and provide daily reports to the mayors (khokims).

Officials were instructed to fully integrate the "Digital Mahalla" system into the Presidential Virtual Reception.

Furthermore, it was established that strict measures will be taken against heads of organizations who groundlessly redirect appeals back to subordinate systems for review. Penalties for violating the legislation regarding public appeals will also be tightened.
