Relations between the Kyrgyz Republic and the PRC have been brought to the level of a comprehensive strategic partnership. The leaders of the countries signed the Joint Declaration

Following the meeting, President of Kyrgyzstan Sadr Japarov and President of China Xi Jinping signed in Xian a Joint Declaration of Kyrgyzstan and China on the establishment of a comprehensive strategic partnership in a new period.

In addition, during the state visit to China, a number of bilateral documents were signed:

- Agreement between the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Government of the PRC on the provision of gratuitous assistance;

- a program of cooperation between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the PRC for 2024-2025;

- Protocol on the establishment of a commission on scientific and technical cooperation between the Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Ministry of Science and Technology of the People's Republic of China;

- Agreement on the establishment of sister city relations between the city of Bishkek (Kyrgyz Republic) and the city of Tianjin (People's Republic of China);

- Agreement between the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Government of the PRC on the prevention of theft, secret excavations and illegal import and export of cultural property;

- Agreement between the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Government of the PRC on cooperation in the field of aviation search and rescue;

- The act of acceptance and transfer provided between the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Government of the PRC under the project "Mobile Hospital" at the expense of grant funds from the Government of the PRC;

- Joint action plan between the Ministry of Economy and Trade of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Ministry of Commerce of the PRC to promote the development of quality trade;

- Memorandum between the Ministry of Culture, Information, Sports and Youth of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Press Service of the State Council of the People's Republic of China on cooperation in the field of mass media;

- Memorandum of Understanding between the National Investment Agency under the President of the Kyrgyz Republic and the State Development and Reform Committee of the People's Republic of China in order to develop production capacities and investment cooperation;

- Protocol between the Ministry of Agriculture of the Kyrgyz Republic and the General Administration of Customs of the People's Republic of China on phytosanitary requirements for table grapes exported from Kyrgyzstan to China;

- Agreement on strategic cooperation between the Kyrgyz National Information Agency "Kabar" and the Office for the Publishing and Distribution of Literature in Foreign Languages of the People's Republic of China;

- Agreement between the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Government of the PRC on the establishment of cultural centers;

- Plan of cooperation in the field of agriculture between the Ministry of Agriculture of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs of the PRC for 2023-2025;

- Memorandum of Understanding between the National Broadcasting Corporation of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Chinese Media Group;

- Investment agreement between the Ministry of Energy of the Kyrgyz Republic and China Power International Development Limited on the construction of a solar power plant with a capacity of 1000 megawatts in the Isik-Gol area;

- Agreement between the Ministry of Culture, Information, Sports and Youth Policy of the Kyrgyz Republic and Shaanxi Tianhan on the implementation of the project for the filming of the joint series "The Far Wind of the Silk Road" in the field of cinematography by Shengdian Film Company Ltd.;

- Agreement between the Ministry of Culture, Information, Sports and Youth Policy of the Kyrgyz Republic and the company "Beijing Zhongyi Boyue Culture Media" on the implementation of the project for the filming of the joint series "Love for Bishkek" in the field of cinematography";

- an investment agreement between the Ministry of Agriculture of the Kyrgyz Republic and LLC "Hebei Bai Dou Jia" on the implementation of the project for the construction of a fertilizer plant;
- Memorandum of Understanding between the Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic and the International Organization for Professional Education "Belt and Road Standardization Alliance";

- Memorandum of Understanding between the Ministry of Energy of the Kyrgyz Republic and Universal Energy Co. LLC;

- Memorandum of intent between the Ministry of Energy of the Kyrgyz Republic "TBEA" on cooperation in the export of electricity from Kyrgyzstan to China;

- Memorandum of Understanding between the Ministry of Energy of the Kyrgyz Republic and China Energy International Group Co. Ltd. and China Gezhouba Group International Engineering Co. Ltd.";

- Memorandum of Understanding between the mayor's office of Osh KR and Hunan Junxin Environmental Protection LLC on the construction project of a waste processing plant;

- Agreement between TNC "Shumkar" and "Xian Yuanchao" on the establishment in the Kyrgyz Republic of an assembly plant for the production of heavy vehicles and special purpose vehicles of the SHACMAN series;
