Raykhan accused the organizers of the canceled concert in Tashkent of irresponsibility. They replied that there was no demand for tickets

The other day, singer Rayhon announced that her concert, which was supposed to take place at the Humo Arena, was postponed. According to her, the reason for this was the lack of professionalism and irresponsibility of the organizers. In turn, the company involved in preparing this concert stated that the reason for the cancellation was a simple lack of demand; only 10 percent of the tickets were purchased, a Podrobno.uz correspondent reports.

Rayhon said that a new date for the concert, which will be organized by another company, will be known in the near future. She also noted that all previously sold tickets can be returned and received a refund.

The company that originally organized the concert emphasized that “the reason for the cancellation is that despite the organization of a strong advertising campaign for the concert, about 800 tickets were sold for three and a half months of advertising and 24 days before it. This is with the hall being fully filled in 8500 people."

“A lot of effort, time and resources were invested in the implementation of this project. But, unfortunately, the dynamics of ticket sales for the concert left us no choice but to cancel the event. Also, I would like to note that the cost estimate for organizing the project during the preparation process increased almost by 35%, based on the wishes and requirements of the artist, but the prices for the concert did not increase,” the organizers added.

The company noted that they were interested in organizing a grand show for residents and guests of the capital, but ticket sales, unfortunately, did not live up to expectations and at the time of the cancellation of the concert they accounted for about 10% of the hall.

“The project became absolutely unprofitable, and the amount of losses remained colossal. The cancellation of the concert in this case is an exclusively forced measure. All purchased tickets for this concert are subject to return. To do this, you need to contact the ticket operator iTicket.uz,” the organizers emphasized.

“Given our experience in work, this is also the first case of bringing internal, organizational processes into the public space. But unfounded public accusations against the manager and the entire team, who made incredible efforts, time and irrevocable funds to organize this concert, left us no other choice ", the company concluded.
