This year, the national football teams of our country have achieved worthy results in a number of competitions. Members of the youth team won the Asian Cup and demonstrated the quality of Uzbek football at the World Cup.
At a meeting held with the participation of the leadership of the Football Association of Uzbekistan and the coaches of the national team, the young coaches were given the experience gained by coaches, experts and industry representatives during these competitions, exchanged mutual ideas, plans for the future. have been discussed.

At the meeting, which was held in the form of an open dialogue, officials said that the approach to the development of national teams has changed, that our coaches must work together, instill a single football philosophy, determine the main directions based on the football mentality.

- In recent years, great steps have been taken to properly and systematically organize the activities of our national teams. However, we are still at the beginning of the journey. We have a lot of work. After each competition, coaches should analyze past matches, share their experience, exchange opinions about opposing teams and their playing styles. If plans are discussed, if we work together to achieve a common goal, then the quality will improve even more,” says UFA First Deputy Chairman Ravshan Ermatov.

During the conversation, football experts and coaches noted that there are many talented players in our country, and that their identification is the most important task, and the coaches of the national team should monitor the development and growth of children, in contact with the coaches of the academy.
