Caring for orphans, street children and children from low-income families occupies a special place in the social policy of Tajikistan
In the Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous Region, 100 orphans and children with disabilities received gifts from the hands of the President of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon.
This was reported in the press service of the head of state.
As gifts, the teenagers were given sets of clothes and sweets.
It is noted that the country's leadership is doing everything possible to improve the living conditions and education of the remaining single and special children.
When presenting gifts, it was noted that care for orphans, homeless children and teenagers from low-income families occupies a special place in the social policy of Tajikistan, the necessary measures are constantly being taken to improve the conditions for their education and life.
Rahmon urged to pay more attention to orphans
Recall that during a trip to the Vanj district of GBAO, Emomali Rahmon recalled the need to help orphans, the disabled and the poor in times of crisis.
Here, in the presence of the leader of the country, a modern kindergarten was opened.
The modern preschool building consists of 3 floors and is designed for 200 children. 38 local specialists will get jobs.
In a conversation with residents of the district, Rahmon stressed that serious attention should be paid to helping low-income families and the proper upbringing of children.
