Rahmon presented Berdimuhamedov with the highest award of the heads of Central Asian countries

The award ceremony took place at the Palace of the Nation in Dushanbe in the presence of the presidents of Central Asia and Azerbaijan, the “Badge of Honor” was presented by the head of Tajikistan

The head of the parliament of Turkmenistan, Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, was awarded the highest award of the leaders of Central Asian states.

This was reported by the press service of the President of Tajikistan.

The decision taken by the heads of state of Central Asia demonstrates recognition of Berdimuhamedov’s outstanding contribution to strengthening friendship, cooperation and maintaining peace among the countries of the region.

The ceremony of awarding the “Badge of Honor” took place at the Palace of the Nation in the presence of the presidents of Central Asia and Azerbaijan.

It is worth noting that the award was presented to Berdymukhamedov by the President of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon.

It is noted that Berdimuhamedov made a great contribution to strengthening mutually beneficial cooperation between the countries of the region in the political, trade, economic, cultural and humanitarian spheres, promoting common interests and initiatives of the countries of the region in the world.

Turkmenistan initiated the creation of the Central Asian Chamber of Commerce

Chairman of the People's Council of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, after receiving the highest award of honor, thanked Emomali Rahmon for his hospitality, as well as the heads of state of Central Asia for recognition of his services.

Let us recall that from 2006 to 2022 Berdymukhamedov served as president of the country.
