Putin stops his motorcade and meets with local residents
During his visit to Novosibirsk, Russian President Vladimir Putin stopped his motorcade and briefly spoke with local residents, mostly children, who were waiting for him by the roadside.
According to eyewitness videos, the children had been waiting for Putin in advance, with some reportedly staying there for more than two hours. Putin spoke with them briefly before continuing his journey.
