Russian President Vladimir Putin had a telephone conversation with the President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev, the President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko and the President of Kazakhstan Kasim-Jomart Tokayev. This was reported by the press secretary of the head of state, Dmitry Peskov.
