Producers of cocoon seed are subsidized

By the decision of the government, the regulations on the procedure for subsidizing silkworm seeds delivered to cocoon breeders by cocoon processing and cocoon seed production enterprises were approved.

Until January 1, 2026, a subsidy of 120,000 soums will be allocated to cocoon processing and cocoon seed production enterprises for each box of silkworm seeds delivered by them to cocoon breeders.

Accordingly:

the address list of subsidy recipients for the first and second season will be formed (until May 20);
The list of addresses for the third and fourth seasons will be signed and approved and submitted to the Silk and Wool Industry Development Committee (until August 20);
the committee will transfer the funds allocated for providing subsidies to the bank account of the recipient of the subsidy (within 10 working days).
