Presidential advisor explains why Uzbekistan joined the Peace Council

Presidential Advisor Abdulaziz Kamilov, in an interview with Uzbekistan 24 TV channel, said that by joining the Peace Council, the country aims to protect its security interests, act in accordance with foreign policy principles, and ensure regional stability.
Kamilov noted that Uzbekistan is working together with the international community, taking into account the instability in the Middle East and the influence of extremist groups on Central Asia.
