President: Turkmenistan is ready to consider specific proposals of Palestine on cooperation

Turkmenistan is ready to consider specific proposals of Palestinian partners for further cooperation, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov said during a meeting with the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates of the State of Palestine, Riyad al-Maliki.
During the audience held on Friday, the diplomat conveyed to the head of state an invitation to visit Palestine from President Mahmoud Abbas and confirmed his country's desire to strengthen interstate dialogue.
Serdar Berdimuhamedov thanked for the invitation and noted that one of the priority vectors of Turkmenistan's foreign policy is the development of fruitful cooperation with the countries of the Middle East.
In this context, the President expressed confidence that the current visit of the head of the Palestinian Foreign Ministry to Ashgabat and the consultations and negotiations included in his program will provide an opportunity for a constructive exchange of views on a wide range of issues of interstate relations.
