President Serdar Berdimuhamedov received heads of German companies

On Wednesday, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov received the heads of consulting companies Goetzpartners and Prodoehl Consult - Stefan Goetz, Stefan Sanktjohanser, Hans Prodel and other members of the German business delegation.

During the meeting, the guests expressed the interest of German business circles in the development of economic ties with Turkmenistan, which have long experience and promising prospects.

The head of state said that Turkmenistan is open to constructive cooperation and sees Germany as one of its important trade and economic partners in the European Union.

It was noted that both countries are successfully interacting in the industrial sector, in the field of agriculture, the banking sector and in the transport and communication block. A number of large German companies were able to consolidate their positions in the Turkmen market.

Indicative is the long-term cooperation in the field of health care, covering both the exchange of experience between specialists and the provision of medical institutions in Turkmenistan with the latest equipment from leading German companies.

The diversification of the economy, the creation of conditions for investment activity in the country open up new opportunities for expanding partnerships, and in this context, the readiness of Turkmenistan to consider specific proposals from the German business was noted.
