President Reviews the Activities of Tashkent City Security Service

On January 27, Shavkat Mirziyoyev reviewed the activities of the Security Service under the Main Department of Internal Affairs of Tashkent. The Head of State examined modern technical and organizational approaches aimed at ensuring public safety and the protection of property.

In particular, “panic” buttons have been installed in multi-story building corridors, and the safety of women with protection orders has been ensured. A cooperation system with law enforcement agencies has been established: the number of protected sites increased by 99% and the number of apartments by 118% over the year. The number of technical security centers and rapid response teams has also grown significantly.

The President also reviewed the special equipment, drones, and public order vehicles used at the service headquarters.
