President leaves for Kazakhstan to participate in the Turkic States Organization summit

Shavkat Mirziyoyev left for Kazakhstan on a working visit on May 15 at the invitation of Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev. The head of state will participate in the informal summit of the Turkic States Organization on "Artificial Intelligence and Digital Development" in the city of Turkestan.
The summit agenda includes issues of expanding regional cooperation in the fields of trade and economy, investment, transport and communications, and ecology. The leaders will also discuss the prospects for developing digital infrastructure, introducing innovative technologies, and applying artificial intelligence in practice. The heads of delegations will also exchange views on current issues on the international and regional agenda. At the end of the summit, it is planned to adopt the Turkestan Declaration.
