Shavkat Mirziyoyev inspected the milk processing and finished product manufacturing operations at the new production complex of the "Tillo Domor" enterprise in the Urgench district.
The enterprise, with a total value of $11 million, has the capacity to produce goods worth nearly 100 billion soums annually. Currently, using modern equipment imported from Bulgaria, the facility produces over 70 types of dairy products, including cheese, cream, sour cream, cottage cheese, *qatiq* (fermented milk), and kefir. Raw materials are sourced daily from more than 100 farms and local households. Additionally, 120 jobs have been created, with plans to establish another 100 new positions in the future.
During the visit, the President emphasized the importance of the deep processing of local raw materials, increasing the production of high-value-added goods, and ensuring a stable supply of raw materials for enterprises. Relevant instructions were given to officials regarding the support of entrepreneurial initiatives.
