President Ilham Aliyev received the Prime Minister of Uzbekistan

Report informs, recalling a recent telephone conversation with the President of Uzbekistan, the head of state said that during the conversation he congratulated Shavkat Mirziyoyev on his convincing victory in the elections and expressed satisfaction that our relations have a positive development trend in all areas. President Ilham Aliyev stressed the importance of the visit of the Prime Minister of Uzbekistan Abdulla Aripov to our country in terms of determining the prospects for cooperation.

Noting that bilateral relations are developing from year to year, the President of Azerbaijan expressed confidence that new successful projects aimed at expanding cooperation will be implemented in the future.

First of all, Abdulla Aripov conveyed to President Ilham Aliyev the greetings of the President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev and stressed that the President of Uzbekistan is always happy to communicate with his friend and brother, President Ilham Aliyev.
