President Emomali Rahmon dismissed the chairmen of the court of Dushanbe and Sughd region

On June 30, President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon dismissed a number of judges in the city of Dushanbe and the Sughd region, the press service of the head of state reports.

According to the source, by Presidential Decree of June 30, 2023 No. 597, in accordance with Article 69 of the Constitution of the Republic of Tajikistan, in connection with the achievement of the age limit for serving as a judge, Giyozoda Mirzoismon Kurbon, chairman of the Dushanbe city court, Mirzoismon Kurbon, chairman of the Firdavsi district court of the city of Dushanbe Abdullozoda Muzafar Jafar and from the position of a judge of the court of the city of Dushanbe Ashurmamedova Marifat Gulbekovna.

By the same decree, the chairman of the court of the Sughd region Okilzoda Bakhtiyor Davron and the deputy chairman of the court of the city of Gissar Jurahonzoda Masrur Jurahon were dismissed in connection with the transfer to another job.
