Powerful Landslide Occurred in India
On July 7, in Kerala state, India, a major landslide occurred due to continuous heavy rainfall. The incident took place at the site of the Vayanad–Kalladi tunnel construction. Workers trapped under the mud were rescued by their colleagues who risked their own lives. Video footage shows the powerful landslide sweeping away a large truck and damaging local infrastructure.
