Potato Pancakes
A simple breakfast idea with crispy potato pancakes.
Grate the potatoes and squeeze out the excess liquid thoroughly. Add the egg, flour, salt, pepper, dried garlic, and dill. Mix well.
Form small pancakes, place them in a pan, and fry on both sides for 4–5 minutes until golden brown.
I like to serve them with fresh greens, cucumber, lightly salted salmon, and a poached egg. It’s a very simple and delicious breakfast combination.

• 400 g potatoes
• 1 egg
• 3 tablespoons flour
• salt, pepper
• dried garlic
• dill
