Political consultations between the Ministries of Foreign Affairs of Tajikistan and Palestine were held in Dushanbe

Today, on August 29, 2023, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan Sirojiddin Muhriddin met with the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Migrants of the State of Palestine Riyaz Al-Maliki in Dushanbe, the press service of the ministry reports.

During the talks, issues of mutually beneficial cooperation between the two countries were discussed.

After a bilateral meeting led by the Ministers of Foreign Affairs of the two countries, the third round of political consultations took place between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Migrants of the State of Palestine.

During the consultations, the parties exchanged views on the current state and prospects of bilateral relations in the political, economic, trade, investment, tourism, legal, cultural, scientific, educational and health fields, as well as cooperation between the two countries within the framework of regional and international organizations.

As a result of political consultations, the following documents were signed:

Protocol of political consultations between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Migrants of the State of Palestine;
Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan and the Government of the State of Palestine on cooperation in the field of higher education and scientific research;
Agreement between the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Tajikistan and the Ministry of Agriculture of the State of Palestine on cooperation in the field of agriculture.
