Persons who have committed violence against women undergo a special psychocorrection program

In order to prevent the causes leading to harassment and violence against women, special psychocorrection programs are offered for perpetrators of violence.
A draft resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers "On Amendments and Additions to the regulation on the procedure for persons who have been Persecuted and have Committed or are prone to violence to undergo a corrective behavior change program" has been published.

Draft resolution:

mechanisms for the participation of persons who oppress or commit violence against women in the correctional program are being strengthened;
 in order to expand the scope of work in this area, the Committee on Religious Affairs and its territorial divisions, the Inson social services centers are included in the number of responsible organizations and departments conducting the correctional program, and the powers of these departments to conduct the correctional program are determined;
in order to prevent the causes leading to the commission of harassment and violence against women, it is envisaged that the perpetrators of violence will undergo special psychocorrection programs;
the powers of the heads of the district (city) departments of the family and women to control and manage the process of passing the correctional program by the perpetrators of violence are established;
the law "On Amendments and Additions to Certain Legislative Acts in Connection with the further improvement of the system of reliable protection of the rights, freedoms and legitimate interests of women and children" introduces appropriate changes in connection with the transfer of the term of the protective order to the district (city) criminal court.
It is noted that the adoption of the proposed draft resolution will serve to fulfill the requirements of a protective order by persons who have committed harassment and (or) violence, to ensure the protection of the rights, freedoms and legitimate interests of women, to increase the effectiveness of measures for the passage of correctional programs by persons.
