Permission to film in Tashkent markets has been transferred to a paid system

According to the resolution of the Tashkent city governor, new tariffs have been introduced in the markets and shopping complexes of the capital. Now, parking fees and fees for commercial video/photo shooting will be charged in accordance with the updated procedure.

Parking:

🔹 Up to 3 hours — 25 thousand soums
🔹 More than 4 hours — 50 thousand soums

The changes were introduced to reduce traffic congestion around the markets. Rates will be lower on weekdays.

Commercial video or photography:

A fee of 5 million soums has been established for 1 hour of filming for advertising, music videos, videos or other commercial purposes in the territory of the markets.

According to the resolution, this procedure does not apply to the media and foreign tourists — no separate permit or payment is required for them.
