According to a study conducted by scientists from the Institute of human development of the prestigious Max Planck Society in Germany, over the past 18 months, idiosyncratic expressions of artificial intelligence have become more frequent in the speech of people.
Researchers have requested millions of emails, essays, articles, and news texts to be uploaded to Chatgpt to further improve it. Phrases such as “delve”, “realm”, “meticulous”, which artificial intelligence used the most, were called “GPT words”.
Then scientists analyzed videos and podcasts on the internet to find out when and at what speed these words began to be used. As a result, it was revealed that these words were being used significantly in oral speech after ChatGPT was launched.
This suggests that the boundaries between technology and human thought are becoming increasingly uncertain.
