Pavel Durov was again questioned in a Paris court

On July 28, Telegram founder Pavel Durov was again summoned to court in Paris and questioned about the connection of Messenger activities with criminal cases. This was reported by the publication Kod Durova.
Durov attended the hearing wearing a black suit and cap, accompanied by four of his lawyers – David-Olive Kaminski, Christoph Ingren, Robin Binsar and Isaac Arnu.  Lawyers refused to comment on the situation.
The Paris prosecutor's office has stated that there are no new details about the case so far, the investigation is ongoing. According to reports, Durov's lawyers filed several petitions and appeals in the case with the Paris court of Appeal.
In addition, within the framework of the case, a “question of constitutionality” and an “issue of preliminary review” were also referred to the Court of the European Union.
