Passenger Ship fire in Indonesia: at least 3 people killed

On July 20, a fire broke out on a ship in the territory of the Indonesian province of North Sulawesi. There were about 280 passengers on board the ship. At least 3 people were killed by the fire. Passengers were taken out by small boats, jumping into the water with life jackets. The cause of the fire has not yet been determined.
Passenger ships are the main means of transportation among the Indonesian islands, for which such emergencies are frequent.
