Pashinyan announced his readiness to resign

Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said that he is ready to resign. According to Pashinyan, he is ready to resign if it helps the country and people. But the politician is sure that this process will lead to the opposite consequences. "If I knew that my resignation would solve all the problems, I would do it in a second, because unlike you, I'm not stuck in a chair... But my analysis shows that it would lead to the exact opposite result. This is the reason why the resignation is not being implemented," said the prime minister. As a result of Azerbaijan's military operation in Karabakh, the unrecognized republic was defeated and more than 100,000 ethnic Armenians left for Armenia. Many dissidents held a demonstration in Yerevan demanding Pashinyan's departure.
