The Panjshir team from the Jaloliddin Balkhi region won the First Football League of Tajikistan even before the end of the last round matches

“Panjshir”, which defeated FC “Dushanbe” in the 24th round of the competition on the road with a large score (5:0), became the sole leader of the table.

The team scored 53 points and won a license to the top division, regardless of the results of other matches during the round before the end of the championship.

In second place with 49 points is the Istaravshan team, which beat the Guliston team with a score of 3:0.

Thus, the teams “Panjshir” and “Istaravshan”, which took first and second places, respectively, in the first league of the republic, next year will compete in the Major Football League of Tajikistan, based on the competition regulations.

Panjshir football players will be awarded the championship cup and competition gold medals. Silver medals will be awarded to the Istaravshan team.

Two teams are vying for bronze medals - “Khulbuk” from Vose and “Barkchi” from Gissar, who currently occupy third and fourth places, respectively, in the competition table with 44 points.

The teams will meet in the last round of the tournament. The decisive match will take place on Sunday, November 12, at the Barkchi field.

The Guliston team, which lost all its games and took last place with zero points, leaves the First League.
