Ingredients:
3 eggs
600 ml milk
12 tablespoons flour
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 tablespoons sugar
1 pinch salt
A cup of strong brewed coffee
For the cream:
900 g mascarpone
5 tablespoons sugar
Preparation:
Put eggs, milk, flour, vegetable oil, sugar and salt in a bowl and mix well. When a liquid mass is formed, add strong brewed coffee. Then the pancakes are baked in a pan. Sugar is added to the mascarpone to prepare the pancake cream. Then, the cream is spread between each pancake. The finished pancake cake is sent to the refrigerator for 30 minutes. You can decorate the top of our cake as you wish!
