Over 96,000 migrants returned from Russia to Uzbekistan in 10 days
Between August 25 and September 5, 96,415 Uzbek citizens were brought back to Uzbekistan from Russia. The Migration Agency reported this information.
Of these individuals, 54,885 were brought directly from Russia, while 41,530 returned via Kazakhstan.
During this period, 6,413 inquiries were received from Uzbek citizens in Russia. Practical assistance was provided to nearly 5,500 citizens; specifically, 2,681 received legal aid, 726 were issued return certificates, and 272 were assisted in finding employment.
Additionally, negotiations were held with 20 major employers, resulting in the creation of over 2,500 job vacancies.
