Over 30 000 passengers fined for failing to pay for buses in Tashkent
A total of 32,450 passengers who failed to pay for buses in Tashkent were fined. The Transport Control Inspectorate reported this. It is noted that in February, special raids were conducted on 28 bus routes in January and March of this year, and administrative fines were imposed on passengers who committed violations. According to the current regulations, passengers who failed to pay for public transport are charged a part of the basic fare - currently 41,200 soums. According to calculations, about 1.33 billion soums were fined from passengers whose tickets were designed differently.
