Our athletes broke the world record

Our compatriots show worthy results at the World Championships in Athletics in Paris.
Our compatriot Bobur Omonov won a gold medal in the men's shot put program in the F41 class with a score of 14 meters 73 cm. Another important point is that our representative broke the world championship record with this result.

Also, our para-athlete Doniyor Saliev, who took part in the long jump program in the T12 class, added another gold medal to our delegation with a result of 7 meters 47 cm, and he also managed to break the world record.

Our compatriot Nurkhan Kurbanova, who took part in the shot put competition among women in the F54 class, won a bronze medal with a result of 7 meters 38 cm.

We remind you that these para-athletes have won a direct license for the Paris 2024 Summer Paralympic Games.
