One centimeter to death: doctors save patient with nail stuck in head
Doctors in the Moscow region of Russia have successfully treated a patient with a nail stuck in his skull. It is reported that the nail entered below the eye, passed through the maxillary sinuses and became lodged deep in the skull - very close to major blood vessels. This posed a serious threat to life. Specialists managed to save the patient's life and vision.
