Officials convicted of pedophilia were sentenced to 3 years in prison

Today, November 3, the case of a former official accused of pedophilia was considered by the appellate instance of the criminal jury of the Tashkent City Court. This was announced by law activist Abdurahman Tashanov on his Facebook page. The “hostage” - style precaution applied to the defendants was overturned and they were imprisoned from the courtroom. 

Another figure in the criminal case – the head of the orphanage, who forced underage girls to have sex with various men, was sentenced to 5.5 years in prison.
