Now you can transfer a phone number to another person via my.gov.uz
Previously, this process was quite complicated and time-consuming. To change the owner of the number, both parties - the current owner and the new owner - had to personally visit the service center of the communication operator, wait in line and sign the relevant documents on the spot. This often caused unnecessary time and inconvenience.
Now this process has been completely digitalized. Users can submit an application through the my.gov.uz portal, go through the identity verification (identification) process and perform all necessary actions remotely.
