Now you can get information about penalty points for traffic violations online and free of charge through the my.gov.uz website or application. The information provided includes the number of penalty points, the number and date of the decision, the article and clause of the Code of Obligatory Liability that is the basis for the penalty point.
You can also track the information through the Safe ROAD YHXX application.
Procedure for calculating penalty points
If the driver does not violate traffic rules within 12 months, the first penalty point for the first violation committed in the next period is not calculated.
If no violation is committed within 6 months after the penalty point is calculated for the last violation, 2 points are deducted from the total penalty points. If the total number of points does not exceed 2 points, all points are deducted and their calculation begins from the time the first violation is committed.
