Now road construction works are carried out only after obtaining a permit

On July 1, a presidential decree was adopted on the maintenance of roads and road infrastructure in good condition and improvement of territories. According to him, from September 1, road construction works will be carried out only after obtaining a permit.

Registration and issuance of the permit will be shown within 5 days through the state service centers and the Single portal.

Non-fulfillment of obligations regarding road construction and repair works is a cause of liability in accordance with the law.
