Accordingly, the Uzenergo mobile application will be developed until November 1, aimed at preventing the looting of fuel and energy resources and establishing public control in the field of their rational use.
Information about persons who submitted video recordings of cases of violations is not allowed to be disclosed, and information is sent to them on the results of their appeal.
Fines levied on offenders in cases of violations recorded through the video equipment of individuals are directed to:

Also, until December 1, 2023, the only electronic register of consumers will be introduced in cases of violations, including a systematic deliberate violation of the rules for the use of natural gas.
In this case, the register is maintained by the Ministry of energy and the information included in it is used by interested ministries and departments as a criterion for assessing risks.
Until December 2023, the responsible employees of “Özenergoinspeksiya”will be provided with technical means, necessary equipment (tablet, etc.), and server equipment will be purchased for the full operation of the Uzenergo mobile application.
The costs associated with the implementation of these measures are carried out at the expense of extra-budgetary funds of the Ministry of energy and “Ouzenergoinspektion”, as well as loans and grants from donor countries, as well as other sources that are not prohibited by law.
