According to it, a neighborhood control group is established under the leadership of the neighborhood chairman at each citizen's meeting. Regular discussions are held by the neighborhood control group in order to identify the problems that cause the most objections of the residents. The heads of relevant state bodies and organizations, as well as responsible employees, regularly hear information about the work done in the council of the neighborhood citizens' assembly. The main tasks of the neighborhood watch group are to exercise public control over the following: on the consideration of public interests and public opinion in adopted normative legal documents, decisions, as well as in state, sector and regional development programs; on the provision of legal requirements in the field of protecting the rights and legal interests of citizens, legal entities, and the interests of society; over the activities of state bodies and organizations for the provision of state services, and their officials; on the activity of state bodies and organizations, their officials in the implementation of agreements, contracts, projects and programs implemented within the framework of social partnership; on the activities of district (city) mayor's assistant, youth leader and women's activist in the neighborhoods, preventive (senior) inspectors of the base of internal affairs bodies on the issues of developing entrepreneurship in the neighborhood, ensuring employment of the population and reducing poverty. The neighborhood control group consists of its leader, deputy leader, secretary and members. The membership of this group includes citizens who are reputable, socially active, role models for others, and have a lot of life experience (except for officials of state bodies and organizations), as well as representatives of non-governmental non-profit organizations, mass media and other institutions of civil society. is accepted. The principle of gender equality is observed in the composition of the neighborhood control group, and persons with disabilities are also included in its composition. The number of neighborhood control group members is not limited. Members of the group are elected by the citizens' assembly every 5 years. This group is headed by the chairman of the citizens' meeting. A candidate to be included in the neighborhood control group is considered elected when more than half of those present at the citizens' meeting vote in favor.
