The Korean Central News Agency reports that on October 17, North Korea confirmed that South Korea will be officially designated as an "enemy state" in the country's new constitution.
It is noted that the bombing of the roads connecting the DPRK with South Korea was an inevitable and legal measure taken in accordance with the requirements of the DPRK constitution, which clearly defines South Korea as an enemy state.
