Nexia driver hits pedestrian, knocks down tree in Tashkent

A video has been circulating on social media showing a Nexia colliding with a Matiz and running over a pedestrian. It turned out that the incident occurred on May 31 in the Bektemir district of Tashkent.
According to information, the Matiz and the Nexia driven by a driver born in 1995 collided. The Nexia driver lost control, hit a pedestrian on the side of the road and knocked down a tree.
The injured citizen was taken to the hospital, underwent urgent surgery and was admitted to the intensive care unit. Currently, his condition is satisfactory.
An investigation into the incident is underway.
