New working hours expected to be introduced in Kazakhstan

Kazakh MP Asylbek Nuralin believes that starting work earlier will reduce traffic congestion and significantly ease traffic flow.

The proposal is currently being studied by the Astana Transport Department. The final decision will be made in August.
