New victims identified in France in the “Epstein case”

New information has been found in France as part of the investigation into the human trafficking and sexual exploitation case involving American financier Jeffrey Epstein. Investigators have identified about 20 victims, 10 of whom are new victims who were not previously known.

According to the French prosecutor’s office, the case began after the publication of the “Epstein documents” by the US Department of Justice. After that, French investigators have intensified their investigation into Epstein’s possible activities in the country and those associated with him. Paris Prosecutor General Laura Becco said that they are receiving applications from victims. She said that meetings with some victims are being arranged later because they live abroad. So far, the authorities have received about 20 complaints.
Investigators are also examining Epstein's personal electronic devices, correspondence and documents in an attempt to identify new victims and possible accomplices.
