New laws will come into force in Tajikistan: details

The laws will come into force after publication in the press; they will contribute to the development of the economic and social sphere of Tajikistan

The President of Tajikistan signed a package of new laws.

This was reported by the press service of the head of state.

These documents were previously approved by the parliament of the republic.

The list includes the Air Code, changes to the tax, criminal codes, administrative offenses and the law of Tajikistan “On beekeeping”.

The presidential press service emphasized that the adopted documents are aimed at developing the economic and social sphere, entrepreneurship, creating new jobs, regulating non-cash payments, ensuring airspace safety, developing the education sector, improving the standard of living of the population and other areas of society.

They will come into force after publication in the press.

It is worth noting that this summer, during a visit to the Khovaling region, the President of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon pointed out favorable conditions for the development of the industry in the country, the current situation of which is not satisfactory.
