New Deputy Ministers Appointed at the Ministry of Internal Affairs

By presidential decree, the following officials have been appointed as new Deputy Ministers of Internal Affairs:

🔹 Botir Qudratkhojayev — formerly Minister for Emergency Situations, now First Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs and Head of the оперативно-search (Operational Investigation) Department;
🔹 Diyorbek Sattorov — formerly Head of a Section at the Department of Public Security and Rule of Law of the Presidential Administration, now Head of the Department for Spiritual-Educational Work and Personnel Support at the MIA;
🔹 Rustam Mirzayev — formerly Deputy Head of the Communications Department of the Presidential Administration, now Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs for Compliance and Internal Anti-Corruption Control;
🔹 Rustam Jorayev — formerly Commander of the National Guard, now First Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs and Head of the Public Security Department.

Earlier, two former deputy ministers of the MIA were arrested over the embezzlement of 186 billion soums.
