New Chairperson Appointed to the Accounts Chamber

Alisher Bakhadirovich Samadov has been appointed Chairperson of the Accounts Chamber of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

The appointment was made by a relevant presidential decree. In connection with this, Samadov was relieved of his position as Head of the Department for Legal Expertise and Comprehensive Analysis of the Presidential Administration.

For reference, in July 2025, Alisher Samadov was appointed Head of the Department for Legal Expertise and Comprehensive Analysis of the Presidential Administration. Prior to that, he served as Deputy Adviser to the President on Legal Expertise and Comprehensive Analysis.

Earlier, his candidacy for the position of Chairperson of the Accounts Chamber had been approved by the Senate of the Oliy Majlis.
