Negotiations were held between the Ministries of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan, Tajikistan and Turkmenistan

On July 26, 2023, talks were held between the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan Bakhtiyor Saidov, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan Sirojiddin Muhriddin and the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan Rashid Meredov in the form of a video conference. At the meeting, issues of preparing for and holding the Summit of the Presidents of Uzbekistan, Tajikistan and Turkmenistan, which will be held in Ashgabat in August this year, were discussed. The ministers discussed the draft program of the upcoming meeting, the agenda, as well as the draft final document of the Summit. In this sense, the ministers exchanged views on the priority aspects of regional cooperation.
