The self-proclaimed "first motoblogger in Uzbekistan" said that he recorded the video of himself speeding at 310 km/h in August and promised that this incident would "never happen again" at the traffic police station, adding, "For the first time in history, a traffic police officer is drawing up a report for speeding at 310 km/h. Now the question is, how much will the "fine" for speeding at 310 km/h be? Who thinks what?" – he laughed and posted a story on Instagram.
