Mother-in-law who brutally killed 1-month-old daughter-in-law in Samarkand sentenced to 13 years

In the Narpay district of Samarkand, a mother-in-law brutally killed her daughter-in-law, who had been married for 1 month. It turned out that the 48-year-old mother-in-law abandoned her two children in an orphanage when they were young. Then, after her son got married, she returned and started living with her son. However, there were constant family disputes between the mother-in-law and the daughter-in-law. Taking advantage of the fact that her son was not at home, the mother-in-law quarreled with the daughter-in-law and brutally killed the daughter-in-law. She strangled her daughter-in-law by the neck with a telephone charger cord and hit her on the head with a bottle of water standing there. She stabbed her daughter-in-law in the neck area once. She also stabbed her daughter-in-law in the chest twice with a kitchen knife. The daughter-in-law died at the scene from her injuries. The mother-in-law fled.
The mother-in-law was arrested and sentenced to 13 years in prison.
